About Us
We provide specialized back office support services for insurance agencies, helping them streamline their operations, improve turnaround times, and reduce administrative overhead. As we expand our outreach across the U.S., we’re seeking a Business Development Consultant to introduce our services to insurance agencies and help close high-value, long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities
As a Business Development Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and closing new business opportunities with insurance agencies:
Prospect and connect with independent insurance agencies, brokers, and MGAs in the Eastern block
Present and promote our back office outsourcing services, customized for insurance operations
Build strong relationships with decision-makers (owners, agency principals, operations heads)
Manage the full sales cycle—from initial outreach to deal closure and handover to the onboarding team
Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client transition and onboarding
Provide market feedback and insights to support our strategic growth
Qualifications
Prior experience in business development manager jobs, sales consultant roles, or similar positions
Strong understanding of the insurance industry or back office operations (preferred but not required)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and self-manage your daily schedule
Results-oriented mindset with a passion for closing deals and earning commissions
Experience with CRM systems and lead generation tools is a plus
Bonus: An existing network of contacts within the insurance industry
Compensation Structure
This role is 100% commission-based, ideal for candidates who prefer a performance-driven, flexible role with uncapped earning potential.
Recurring Compensation – You will earn monthly commissions for every client you bring on, as long as the client stays with us
Commission is based on a Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) model
