Shah Lalji Nangpar Academy, a leading institution dedicated to academic excellence, holistic student development, and community values, is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our management team.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, induction, and retention of staff.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, school policies, and safeguarding standards.
Develop and implement HR strategies to support staff development, performance management, and succession planning.
Maintain accurate staff records and oversee payroll in coordination with finance.
Support line managers in handling employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
Lead staff training and professional development initiatives.
Promote staff wellbeing and foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management.
Professional HR certification (e.g., CHRP, CIPD) is an added advantage.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR management experience, preferably in the education sector.
Strong knowledge of Kenyan labour laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
High integrity, confidentiality, and commitment to organizational values.
