Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HCBS Service Plan Writer to assist in creating service plans and authorization forms for children receiving Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS). This is a part-time, remote position ideal for someone with prior experience in developing individualized service plans in accordance with HCBS guidelines.

Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive service plans tailored to the needs of children under HCBS services.
Prepare and complete authorization forms required for service approval.
Ensure compliance with state and federal HCBS regulations and program guidelines.
Collaborate with case managers, providers, and families to gather necessary information for service planning.
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to deadlines for service plan submission.
Stay up to date with changes in HCBS policies and procedures.
Proven experience in writing service plans for children under HCBS services.
Familiarity with authorization processes and required documentation.
Strong understanding of HCBS regulations and compliance requirements.
Excellent writing, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time role.
