Fmcg Sales Representative (Delivery Rider) Job Sales Jobs. Duties and Responsibilities Sales & Customer Engagement: Promote and sell FMCG products directly to retailers, wholesalers, and end-users. Identify new sales opportunities and route expansion strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Execute in-store merchandising and product placement as per brand guidelines. Product Delivery: Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to clients as per order schedule. Load, transport, and deliver goods safely and efficiently using a company-provided motorcycle. Collect customer payments (where applicable) and issue receipts in line with company policy. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales, delivery notes, returns, and client feedback. Prepare and submit daily route reports, sales summaries, and stock reconciliation reports. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse for replenishment. Compliance & Safety: Ensure all goods are handled properly to avoid damage and loss. Adhere to road safety regulations and company transportation policies at all times. Keep the motorcycle in good condition and report any faults for maintenance. Key Requirement Skills And Qualification Diploma or Certificate in Sales and Marketing or a related field Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a motorbike salesman in the FMCG industry Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a similar role Valid Motorcycle License – Class A Valid Driving License – Class C Certificate of Good Conduct and updated rider’s insurance (an added advantage) Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Good knowledge of local geography and assigned routes Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision How to Apply If you meet the above qualifications, skills and experience share CV on jobs@britesmanagement.com Interviews will be carried out on a rolling basis until the position is filled.
